At Clare de Lune Farm, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect each order before it leaves our farm.
If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email us at claredelunefarm@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery and items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Non-returnable items: Sale items, discounted products, free gifts, and customized products.
Process: To request a return, email claredelunefarm@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping method.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Refunds exclude original shipping costs and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Direct exchanges are not offered. To try a different product, please place a new order.
All purchases are considered final after the 5-day return period.
