  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and order size.

  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional occasions (see product page or announcements).

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Due to regulations, we may not be able to ship to certain states or regions. If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Clare de Lune Farm is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at claredelunefarm@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage so we can assist.

7. Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses.
